Class Descriptions
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a series of postures that flow smoothly together using the breath to carry you. This class will warm the body, take you through sun salutations, play with standing postures and aid you in meditation as the body cools down. Find a faster pace to help build upon the strength you’ve already created.
Medium Intensity
Aligned Flow
This practice is for all levels and will help you tap into your intuition and find a mind/body connection through slow, controlled movements. Build strength and find many variations and modifications to help you develop a personal practice. Enjoy a longer, mindful warm up, explore variations of sun salutations, play with standing postures and experience a cool down that will help you connect to yourself through meditation.
Low - Medium Intensity
Yin / Restorative
This practice will help you relax and rest. Spend time in quiet stillness to alleviate stress and bring peace to your body and mind. Yin Yoga is a practice of holding poses for 1-6 minutes at 70% stretch that targets the connective tissues. Restorative Yoga is a practice of holding poses for 5-10 minutes with the use of props that support you for complete relaxation. If you get cold easily, dress warm and comfortably, socks and layers suggested.
