I want to share my vision with you…. The reasons that I created the Cosmic Heart Studio.

To create a safe & sacred space where you learn, create, personally evolve and grow with community.

Attend a yoga class and find a mind / body connection. Enjoy time and space to self-reflect and move your body. Receive quiet moments in the midst of your busy life.

Come to a creative class and learn something new. Have the tools available so you can simply create while enjoying time with your friends, family or connecting to members of the community.

Purchase a product that brings joy to your life and reminds you of the beauty in the world.

However you end up here, we encourage you to show up with an open mind and heart. To receive what is meant for you and to let the rest go. To find the courage to try something new and to follow your intuition there after.

One of my greatest joys in life is bringing people together. Finding community and feeling understood are aspects of life that help us thrive and feel at peace. My desire is that you find some of that peace when you arrive with love for yourself and those around you. And through this collective energy of love, this vibration ripples out into the world, into the hearts of those we interact with, and this is how we create the change we desire.
