Cosmic Heart Collective is an online retailer for original clothing & home accessories. Most products are handmade and/or designed by our makers.
PAYMENT TERMS
Products remain property of Cosmic Heart Collective until the full payment is made. The prices are applicable to the date of purchase. Shipping costs and fees are recognized by the purchaser before confirmation. American Express, Discover, Visa & Mastercard are accepted. All payments are done through Stripe over SSL & Paypal.
TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Cosmic Heart Collective reserves the right, to restrict, suspend, or terminate this Agreement and your access to all or any part of the Services, at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Services at any time without prior notice or liability.
Cosmic Heart Collective has the right to cancel an order if the item is no longer in stock or the customer does not pay in full.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You may be entitled to a return within 7 business days. The purchaser must contact Cosmic Heart Collective & receive a return authorization number or the item will be shipped back or refused. Item must be unused and in original packaging with all tags.
When you are entitled to a refund, we can offer a full refund minus the credit card processing fees. We will send you a snapshot of the transaction.
If you have a problem with anything, please talk to us! If you really can’t fulfill your agreement, please contact us and we will work it out. Please be honest and kind, we will work with you.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped USPS. For international shipping, the purchaser is subject to all VAT & customs fees. If Cosmic Heart Collective grants a return or exchange, the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges back to Wyoming.
Please allow 1-3 days for items to ship. We know you are excited about getting your order so we will make sure to ship it as soon as possible.

If you have a problem with a product purchased, please treat us with respect and we will work with you.
