Everything is made in the USA, in Riverside, Wyoming.

How many alpacas do you have?
We have 7! Meet them here.

Do you take custom orders?
If possible, yes! Contact us with inquiries.

How are items shipped?
We ship through the United States Postal Service. Please see prices at the checkout & more detailed information in Terms & Conditions. 

Do you take returns?
If you have a problem with anything, please talk to us! Please be honest and kind, we will work with you. Custom items are not returnable.

Do you offer refunds?
When you are entitled to a refund, we can offer a full refund minus the credit card processing fees. We will send you a snapshot of the transaction. Custom items are not returnable or refundable.
