This practice will help you relax and rest. Spend time in quiet stillness to alleviate stress and bring peace to your body and mind.
Yin Yoga is a practice of holding poses for 1-6 minutes at 70% stretch that targets the connective tissues.
Restorative Yoga is a practice of holding poses for 5-10 minutes with the use of props that support you for complete relaxation.
NO YOGA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
This will be a 60-75min practice, leaving space for building community afterwards.
What to bring:
A yoga mat (we have 3 available if you don’t have one), water bottle, dress warm and comfortably for free movement, socks & layers suggested, compassion for yourself.
We ask that you remove your shoes at the entrance and turn off your cell phone (or airplane mode) in order for everyone to experience a mindful practice.
