Join us for a Restorative Yoga Practice to help you embody the Divine Feminine, amplified by the use of crystals!

Begin the offering by pulling a Goddess oracle card and receive 4 crystal tumbles. Learn how to use the energy of the crystals and set an intention inspired by your Goddess card. You’ll be led through a restorative yoga practice for deep relaxation. During the practice you’ll be invited to place crystals on the body to find a deeper meditation.

All beings have Feminine & Masculine energy within. During this practice we will focus on the Yin or feminine energy. This practice will help remind you of the receiving, nurturing and restful qualities that the feminine provides. All are welcome.

Dress in layers, as this practice will cool the body down.
