Join Rachelle Barkhurst & Audrey Jansen, E-RYT 200, 500 RYT for Bracelet Yin, a creative class with crystals!

You’ll be led through a brief meditation to create an intention that you can carry with you throughout the holidays. Then, tap into your creativity and make a custom crystal bracelet. We’ll finish our practice by wearing the bracelet while moving through a Yin yoga (a relaxing style of yoga that is meditative and focuses on passive stretching) practice.

No experience required + all supplies provided.
